Terms and Conditions – Baji 999 Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Baji 999 platform — including the website, mobile application and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Baji 999.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Baji 999 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We strongly recommend you review this page whenever you return after an extended absence.

To register and use Baji 999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji 999 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of any employee or director of Baji 999 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, or subject to any court or regulatory order preventing gambling participation.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Baji 999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each individual may register one Baji 999 account only. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method details.

You agree to keep your registration information up to date. If your contact details, payment method or identity information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. Baji 999 is not liable for any issues arising from outdated account information provided by the player.

Baji 999 verifies account details using the information you provide and through third-party identity verification systems. You consent to this verification process as a condition of account registration. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Baji 999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity that takes place on your account while it is logged in is your responsibility.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for added security.
• Log out of your account whenever you are using a shared or public device.
• Never respond to unsolicited communications asking for your Baji 999 password — the platform will never ask for your password via email, SMS or chat.

If you suspect that your Baji 999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at support@baji999-win.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, freeze account activity while the investigation is ongoing to protect your balance.

All financial transactions on Baji 999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are accepted via the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet and app transfer)
• NayaPay and SadaPay
• IBFT bank transfer from any Pakistani bank account
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount on Baji 999 is Rs 500. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically reflected in your account within two minutes. IBFT transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Baji 999 does not charge any deposit fees — any charges applied by your payment provider are outside the platform's control.

Withdrawals from your Baji 999 balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to Baji 999's verification and compliance requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Within 15 minutes on most days, 24/7 including weekends.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 30 minutes.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Within a few hours, subject to receiving bank processing.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.

Baji 999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Before processing any withdrawal, the platform may require identity verification documents if they have not previously been submitted. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not discretionary. Withdrawals will be processed once verification is complete.

Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is a pending investigation into account activity, if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or if the account holds an active self-exclusion. In such cases, the support team will contact you with the relevant details.

Baji 999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including the welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own individual terms and conditions, which are displayed within the Promotions section of the platform.

General bonus rules that apply across all Baji 999 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from your balance.
• Baji 999 allows one active deposit bonus at a time per account. The weekly cashback runs independently and does not conflict with active deposit bonuses.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, gifted or sold to any other player or third party.
• Maximum win caps from bonus play, where stated, will be applied at the time of withdrawal conversion.
• Baji 999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

All game outcomes on Baji 999 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of crash games, provably fair cryptographic algorithms. Return-to-player (RTP) figures for all games are published and available within the relevant game categories. The platform does not manipulate or adjust outcomes for individual players.

General gameplay rules applicable across Baji 999:

• Once a bet is confirmed and the round begins, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-round — including server errors or disconnections — the round result will be settled based on the server-side record at the time of the failure. Bets affected by genuine technical errors will be refunded at Baji 999's discretion.
• Baji 999 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the stake was placed after a sporting event's conclusion, or where information used to place the bet was not publicly available at the time of placing.
• Betting limits — minimum and maximum — are displayed within each game and betting market. These may be adjusted for individual accounts or during specific promotional periods.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, Baji 999's decision following review of official sources is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji 999. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including deposits and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity, age or payment information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino games.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using Baji 999 for money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Attempting to access areas of the Baji 999 platform that are not publicly available, including through hacking or unauthorised technical access.
• Abusing, threatening or harassing any member of the Baji 999 support team or other players on the platform.

Baji 999 takes responsible gaming seriously. We want every player to enjoy the platform as entertainment — and we provide tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Baji 999 players from the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period after the request.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Baji 999 content without prior written permission from Baji 999. Personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of using the platform as intended is permitted.

Game content — including graphics, rules and RTP data — is the property of the respective game providers (such as Spribe, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and others). Use of such content outside the Baji 999 platform is subject to the relevant provider's intellectual property terms.

Baji 999 collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide the platform and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. This includes identity information, payment data, gameplay history and communications with support.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and should be read alongside them. Key points include:

• Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baji 999 accepts no liability for:

• Any losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, including the loss of funds wagered.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances outside Baji 999's reasonable control, including internet service outages.
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Baji 999 platform.
• Errors in third-party game software where Baji 999 has acted promptly on notification from the provider to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these terms limits Baji 999's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Baji 999's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.

Baji 999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, payment terms or core gameplay rules — Baji 999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered contact email and a notice on the platform. Minor amendments (such as clarifications or corrections) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Baji 999 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the amendments take effect.
